Oversoul Coherence Session (human) An Oversoul Alignment Session is a sacred, grounded space where you are met exactly as you are. This work is not about fixing you. It’s about creating the conditions for your own inner wisdom to come forward. During a session, I hold a steady, compassionate presence. In that space, the deeper part of you — the part that is whole, aware, and connected — is invited to lead. When that deeper awareness is welcomed, what feels tangled, heavy, or out of rhythm can begin to soften and reorganize naturally. Nothing is forced. Nothing is diagnosed. Instead, we work with: -Presence -Permission -Truth -The body’s natural ability to return to balance Often, clients experience a sense of being deeply seen without needing to explain themselves. Emotions may move. Insights may arise. Sometimes the shift is quiet but profound — a feeling of coming home to yourself. I don’t decide what should happen in a session. Your system leads. My role is to hold a clear, caring field where realignment can unfold in its own timing. This is subtle work, but it can touch places that words often cannot.
