Service Description

Herbal consultation, coaching, wellness session, approximately 60 minutes. Discuss areas that you would like to improve and create ways to support yourself. One-on-one sessions are typically done online over Zoom video. We will discuss your current health concerns, health history and find areas where you will be able to make improvements. I cannot diagnose health conditions, nor prescribe medicines legally; I am not a medical doctor. However, I will share with you the healing solutions I used to overcome my illnesses.
